At Sabine St Paul’s, group bookings can accommodate 16 to 50 guests, semi private events can host up to 150 guests, and exclusive hire can accommodate up to 300 guests. At Sabine Holborn, group bookings are available for 16 to 40 guests, with exclusive hire for up to 100 guests. Please contact our team to discuss the best option for your event.
Is a service charge mandatory, and if so, how is it calculated?
A 13.5% service charge applies to the minimum spend. For example, the service charge on a £10,000 minimum spend would be £1,350.
What is included in the minimum spend or venue hire for business and corporate events?
Availability varies by date and is subject to existing bookings and private venue closures. If your preferred date is unavailable, our team can advise on suitable alternatives.
Are any specific dates restricted or unavailable for booking business events?
Once the event details and availability have been confirmed, a proposal and contract will be provided. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days before the event. For bookings made within 14 days of the event, full payment is required to confirm.
Are there options for both semi-private and exclusive hire, and how do these differ?
Semi private hire gives your event use of a designated area while the rest of the venue remains open to other guests. Exclusive hire gives your event private use of the full venue. Capacities, minimum spends and available spaces vary by venue and date, so our team can recommend the most suitable option.
