For larger rooms, pricing starts from £6,000-£6,500 + VAT per day. Weekend events require a minimum spend starting from £8,000 + VAT to open the venue.

The Imagine Suite accommodates up to 100 people in cabaret style. The venue can handle events up to 900 people across multiple interconnected spaces, but specific room capacities vary by space and setup requirements.

The DDR package includes room hire with natural daylight and air conditioning, unlimited tea/coffee and biscuits served in shared lounge, continental breakfast, mid-afternoon cakes in shared lounge, restaurant buffet lunch, flavoured waters, free wireless broadband, flipchart and delegate stationery, and pre/post event storage of materials.

Basic AV inclusion covers LCD projector and screen. Enhanced AV packages with PA system, 2 microphones, and dedicated AV technician cost £1,305.00 + VAT. All rooms include natural daylight, air conditioning, and are fully accessible.
