Dry hire packages start from £10,000.00 inclusive of VAT. Specific rates vary by space and event requirements, with examples including £14,000.00 inclusive of VAT for boxing events and reduced rates available for first-time clients or specific circumstances.

Security is compulsory for all events at £29.40 per hour inclusive of VAT. Requirements are based on guest numbers: 1-200 guests require 2 guards, 201-400 guests require 4 guards, and 401-600 guests require 6 guards. Minimum booking is 4 hours and must be paid no later than 1 month prior to the event.

Day Delegate Rates range from £55.00 to £87.00 per person inclusive of VAT (reduced from up to £189.00). Packages include room hire 09:00-17:00, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, water, pastries and smoothies on arrival, energising lunch, unlimited tea and coffee, flipchart, and 3000 lumen LCD projector and screen. Minimum numbers typically apply.

Christmas packages are available at £112.00 per person inclusive of VAT (reduced from £190.00). The package includes 3-course meal, exclusive room hire from 18:00-01:00, glass of sparkling wine on arrival, three-course seated dinner, tea/coffee and mince pies, half bottle of wine per person, Christmas novelties and traditional room decoration, plus DJ and dance floor until 1am.

For ticketed events, all tickets must be pre-purchased and the venue does not allow tickets to be sold on the night. This policy applies to all ticketed events regardless of size or type.

The Grand Hall accommodates up to 400 people cabaret style or 650 theatre style. The Cornwall Suite holds up to 250 for banquet dinner or 200 for dinner dance. Individual meeting rooms vary from 10-13 people (boardrooms) up to 105 people (theatre style). Specific capacities depend on the chosen room and setup style.

The venue places bookings on 'joint 1st option' initially. Provisional holdings are released if no updates are received within a reasonable timeframe, typically requiring confirmation decisions within specific deadlines. For example, bookings may require confirmation by 1pm on a specified date or the booking will be released.

The venue offers various catering packages including energising lunch at £20.95 per person, sandwich lunch at £12.95 per person, and unlimited tea/coffee at £11.50 per person (all inclusive of VAT). For post-meeting drinks, minimum F&B spends of £3,000-£5,000 inclusive of VAT apply, with at least 50% required to be spent on food.

Basic packages include 3000 lumen LCD projector and screen (8'x6'). Additional AV such as bigger screens, microphones, and enhanced setups are available at extra cost from £195.00 inclusive of VAT. The venue can arrange AV through their suppliers and recommends upgrades to bigger screens for larger events.

Individual meeting room hire ranges from £530.00 VAT exempt (reduced from £1,390.00) for smaller spaces like the Cambridge Suite, up to £4,500.00 VAT exempt (reduced from £9,500.00) for larger spaces like the Cornwall Suite. Syndicate rooms are available at £650.00-£680.00 VAT exempt per room.
