Art activities cost £59.50 per person (excluding VAT) for the basic session with expert tutors. If you want to include alcoholic drinks like beer and white wine, the price increases to £72.50 per person (excluding VAT). Sessions are charged per person and pricing changes based on group size.

To secure your booking, you'll need to pay a 30% holding deposit of the total amount, which reserves the date and studio space. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event. The venue will issue invoices through their finance team for both the deposit and final payment.

The auditorium can accommodate up to 70 people in classroom layout. Studio spaces can handle groups up to 20 people for art sessions, though larger spaces can accommodate 150-200 people for events like dinners. Specific capacity depends on your chosen space and event format.

The venue is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm for viewings and tours. You can schedule a site visit during these hours by contacting the venue directly. Event timings can extend beyond these hours depending on your specific requirements.

External catering and decorators are allowed, but the venue has approved drinks suppliers or charges corkage fees for outside alcohol. They can provide grazing platters with meats and cheeses at approximately £15 per person (excluding VAT). Kitchen use is permitted based on the nature of your event.

The venue provides rectangular wooden trestle tables for up to 50 guests, a 5-meter wide screen projector with high-quality speakers for screenings, and basic power access. For art sessions, all materials are included - easels, drawing boards, paints, brushes, pencils, charcoals, and other art supplies.

Food is not usually allowed in the studios, though exceptions may be made depending on the event type. The venue will check their policy for specific requests. Kitchen access is available for food preparation and reheating based on your event's requirements.

The venue hosts a wide range of events including art workshops, team building sessions, screenings, fashion shows, supper clubs, corporate away days, and private celebrations. Different spaces are recommended based on event type - studio spaces for intimate experiences, larger areas for dinners and presentations.

The venue recommends a minimum of 2-3 hours for art sessions. Expert tutors are available to guide sessions and can customize the experience based on your objectives, whether for team bonding, communication, or specific creative goals. You'll be introduced to your tutor closer to the session date.

Some spaces offer 3-meter high ceilings with approximately 8 meters of length, suitable for special installations or unique setups. The painting and drawing studio is one option, though the venue may recommend the Project Space as more appropriate depending on your specific requirements.
