This room can create the perfect setting for dinner parties for both social and corporate events. The room's beautiful high ceilings and neutral tones make it possible to decorate this room to match any colour scheme. Our in-house caterer provides a wide selection of foods and can offer a more bespoke menu on request.



Frequently asked questions

The Day Delegate Package costs £64.00 per person (£71.50 including VAT) with a minimum of 80 delegates. It includes dedicated pre-event and on-site coordinator, room hire, full day beverage service (three servings of coffee, tea, water and biscuits), working lunch with sandwiches, 3 hot items, fruit, sweet treat, water and juices, afternoon snack selection, LCD/projector, screen, flipchart and pens, free Wi-Fi, and delegate stationery.

The Dining space can accommodate up to 150 people in cabaret layout or up to 328 people in theatre setup. For Day Delegate Package bookings, there is a minimum requirement of 80 delegates.

Basic LCD/projector and screen are included in the Day Delegate Package. A PA system with 1 handheld microphone costs £180 including VAT. Additional microphones are £72 including VAT each. If you need more than 3 microphones, a dedicated sound engineer is required starting at £540 including VAT.

Venue 2 can be used as an adjacent catering space free of charge, but it's only available until 4pm due to other bookings. The Nash and Portland rooms can be provided for £500 VAT exempt for additional catering space if needed.

Working lunch for delegates costs £19.80 including VAT per person. Tea and coffee servings are £8.40 including VAT per serving per person. Post-event Prosecco and canapés package costs £52.00 including VAT per person and includes PA system for background music, 6 canapés per person, 2 glasses of Prosecco per person, plus orange juice and water.

ISH Venues accepts payments via PayPal link sent to your specified email address. Payment processing and terms are handled through their invoicing system, with follow-up communications to confirm payment status.

Yes, guest numbers can be increased even at the last minute. The venue accommodated a client increasing from 36 to 40 guests just before their event, with updated function sheets and invoices provided promptly.

The venue can accommodate specific break timings for your event schedule. They work with clients to coordinate arrival refreshments, morning breaks, lunch service, and afternoon breaks according to your agenda requirements.

Weekend availability varies by date. The venue has declined some Saturday bookings due to existing commitments, so it's recommended to check availability early and consider flexible dates if your preferred date is unavailable.

ISH Venues is located at 229 Great Portland Street, opposite Great Portland Street station and within walking distance of five tube stations. The venue has its own entrance, reception area, and green room that can be used for staff preparation or prayer room.
