Security is mandatory at £30 per hour for all events with 100 or more guests. This applies to events in The Forum, Rooftop Pergola, and combined spaces that exceed the 100-guest threshold. The security requirement is in addition to all other costs and must be factored into your budget.

The Conduit holds dates for 5 working days as standard. Some quotes mention holding for 48 hours for certain spaces. You must confirm within this timeframe or risk losing the date to other enquiries. The venue can add notes to bookings to contact you if another client shows interest, but cannot guarantee longer holds during busy periods like December.

The Forum includes 2 projectors with screens, 5 handheld microphones, and high stools for panel speakers. The Nobel Rooms include 2 projectors with screens and 3 handheld microphones. Basic background music from curated playlists is included across spaces. All other AV requirements must be provided via preferred suppliers - this is not included in hire costs.

Final guest numbers are required 10 working days before your event. You can book for fewer guests initially and increase numbers later, as contracts are based on minimum spend rather than guest count. This allows flexibility for events where attendance may grow, but you're still committed to the minimum spend regardless of actual attendance.

All food and beverage must be provided by The Conduit - external catering is not mentioned as an option. The venue applies a 13.5% service charge to all food and beverage orders. Menus are designed by Executive Chef Arnaud Dellannay with a focus on seasonality and sustainability. Alcohol-free events can be accommodated with advance notice.

The venue shows availability across weekdays and weekends, with some spaces offering discounted rates on Fridays and Saturdays. September availability shows various Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday options for the Rooftop Pergola. December is noted as a particularly busy period with increased enquiries, requiring earlier booking confirmation.

Theatre, cabaret, boardroom, and standing reception setups are available depending on the space. The Forum can accommodate cabaret style with round tables, though there may be additional table hire fees. Setup modifications like half-moon tables to increase capacity are possible - for example, The Forum can increase from 60 to 85 guests in cabaret style by adding chairs to table configurations.
