The Forum costs £4,600 for 8am-5pm hire with a £4,950 minimum food and beverage spend. The Rooftop Pergola costs £3,000 for 6pm-10pm hire with minimum spends ranging from £4,800-£8,500 depending on guest numbers. The Nobel Rooms (Mandela, Dunant and Malala) cost £2,500 for 6pm-10pm hire with a £2,600 minimum spend. All minimum spends are subject to a 13.5% service charge.

The Forum accommodates 150 theatre-style, 100 seated with reception, 120 seated lunch, or 190 standing. The Rooftop Pergola holds 100 standing or 80 seated, with the combined Rucola restaurant and Pergola accommodating 152 seated or 170 standing. The Nobel Rooms accommodate 44 seated, 60 theatre-style, or 65 standing guests.

A 13.5% service charge applies to all food and beverage orders. Security is mandatory at £30 per hour for events with 100+ guests. Additional hours outside standard times cost £500 per hour for The Forum and £2,000 per hour for Rucola and Pergola. All AV requirements for the Rooftop spaces must be provided through preferred suppliers at additional cost.

The venue requires final guest numbers 10 working days before the event, and you can book for fewer guests initially and increase numbers later without changing contract costs.

The Forum includes 2 projectors with screens, 5 handheld microphones, and high stools for panel speakers. The Nobel Rooms include 2 projectors with screens, background music, and 3 handheld microphones. However, all AV requirements for Rooftop spaces (Pergola/Rucola) must be provided via preferred suppliers at additional cost, with only basic background music from curated playlists included.

The venue has cultural programming events that may affect availability, such as Bella Ballerina shows. The Rooftop Pergola is licensed until 10pm. Semi-private hire of The Pergola is usually only offered on weekends. Some dates may be held on 'second option' meaning another client has first priority. The venue can accommodate DJs and entertainment but specific noise restrictions aren't detailed.

Summer packages for the Rooftop start from £65 per person, with standing menus at £85 per person including Golden Hour spritz, tailored menus, and background music. Festive menus are priced at £70 or £90 per person depending on the menu chosen. The Ubuntu Lounge requires a minimum spend of £50 per person for semi-private sections.
