What is the total cost for a wedding package at the Weddings space?

The wedding package costs £2,420 + VAT, which includes a £2,200 + VAT package plus a £220 + VAT hire fee. The package includes welcome beer/prosecco reception (1 per person), £1,000 open bar tab, BBQ & grill or hot station menu, salads & sides, DJ for any 4-hour period (internal floors only), free cloakroom, dedicated event manager, security & service staff, and a welcome host/hostess.

What is the capacity for the Weddings space?

The Weddings space can accommodate up to 100 people standing (120 including the terrace). This private bar and terrace is described as ideal for smaller, more intimate wedding receptions or as a drinks reception area if hiring the whole venue exclusively.

What are the operating hours and availability for wedding events?

The space is available for exclusive hire generally running from 7pm to 2am on Saturdays. The venue's working hours for enquiries are 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

What deposit is required and what are the refund conditions?

A deposit of £400 is required with a minimum of 50 guests. 50% of the deposit (£200) is refundable after your event if your bar spend exceeds £2,500 on the night. If the minimum spend is not met, the full deposit is kept as a room hire fee.

What DJ and music options are available for weddings?

The wedding package includes a DJ for any 4-hour period on internal floors only. You can also book additional DJs for £50 per hour to suit your genre requirements, bring your own DJ and use the venue's DJ kit for free (with £300 card authentication required as security), or simply use the aux cord to play a playlist.

What food and beverage options are included in the wedding package?

The package includes a welcome beer/prosecco reception (1 per person), a £1,000 open bar tab, choice of BBQ & grill or hot station menu, and salads & sides. There are no additional mandatory costs, though you can top up the bar tab if desired.

What facilities and features are included in the Weddings space?

The space includes a photobooth, private bar with bar staff, DJ equipment, terrace with heating and festoon lighting, PA system, AV setup, quirky disco-ball and floral ceiling installation, screen and projector, microphones, and WiFi. You're welcome to decorate the space to add your own personal touch.

Are there any age restrictions or entry requirements for wedding guests?

The venue does not accept birthday parties under 21 years old, though this may not apply to weddings. All guests must bring valid physical ID which will be scanned upon entry as a condition of entry with no exceptions. Any guests arriving after 10:30pm will be charged on the door.

What is the minimum spend requirement and guest minimum?

There is a minimum of 50 guests required for booking. If your bar spend exceeds £2,500 on the night, you receive 50% of your deposit back; otherwise the full £400 deposit is kept as the room hire fee.

What additional services can be arranged for weddings?

Additional bartender services can be arranged (payment links provided for booking), and pre-orders for food and drinks must be submitted and paid for by specified deadlines. The venue provides dedicated event management, security, and service staff as part of the package.
