The corporate event package costs £2,420 + VAT, which includes a £2,200 + VAT package plus a £220 + VAT hire fee. The package includes welcome beer/prosecco reception (1 per person), £1,000 open bar tab, BBQ & grill or hot station menu, salads & sides, DJ for any 4-hour period (internal floors only), free cloakroom, dedicated event manager, security & service staff, and a welcome host/hostess.

What is the capacity of the Business space and what equipment is included?

The Business space is flooded with natural light due to floor-length windows, making it ideal for daytime meetings or presentations. It comes equipped with a built-in PA system, microphones, screen & projector, private bar, and private terrace. Additional features include disco-ball ceiling, DJ equipment, festoon lighting, and WiFi.

Are there additional costs beyond the quoted package price?

No, there are no additional prices beyond the £2,420 + VAT total cost for the corporate package. However, you are welcome to top up the £1,000 bar tab if you wish to exceed the included amount.

What are the working hours for booking inquiries and event coordination?

The events team works Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm. All booking inquiries and event coordination must be handled during these hours through the dedicated event manager included in your package.

What catering options are available for different types of events?

The venue offers catering options to suit both daytime and evening events. The corporate package includes BBQ & grill or hot station menu with salads & sides, plus a welcome beer/prosecco reception. Additional catering arrangements can be discussed with the events team.

What DJ and music services are provided with the package?

The package includes a DJ for any 4-hour period, but this is limited to internal floors only. The space has built-in DJ equipment, PA system, and microphones. You can specify your music genre requirements when booking the included DJ service.

What staffing and security is included in the event package?
