A 12.5% service charge applies on the final spend.

There are no further required venue hire fees. The Captain’s Quarters holds up to 80 guests standing or 40 seated. Full venue hire accommodates up to 150 standing guests due to current licensing.
How does the booking and payment process work?
£100 non refundable deposit redeemable on drinks and food on the day All preordered drinks and food to be paid for one week prior to the event 

What food and drink options are available, and what are their costs?
Food packages include options such as a Bronze Package with canapés for £35 per person, Silver at £45 per person, and Gold at £55 per person. Drinks packages range from £35 per person (prosecco reception, one cocktail, one beer or wine) up to £100 per person (prosecco reception, 4 hours open bar, selection of cocktails). All food and drink purchases contribute to your minimum spend.
Are there specific time slots and day-of-week restrictions?
Bookings are available for both daytime and evening events, with evening events commonly running from around 6pm until midnight or later.
Can I bring my own food, drink, or decorations?

DJ music and live bands are permitted in the Events space, and AV facilities include a DJ booth, microphone, projector, screen, and sound system.
