Our plant-filled private venue hire in Shoreditch, London offering includes The Green Room with ceiling-to-floor windows, giving the space a lot of natural light. In the warmer months, you can make use of the sliding doors and extend your party out onto the private terrace. This space comes equipped with a private bar, DJ booth, festoon lighting, screen & projector and a funky floral, disco-ball installation. The space is the perfect setting for a corporate summer party, Christmas party, birthdays, daytime meetings, the list goes on!



Frequently asked questions

The Green Room requires a £400 deposit and a minimum of 50 guests. If your bar spend exceeds £2,500 on the night, 50% of the deposit (£200) is refundable. If you don't meet the £2,500 minimum spend, the full £400 deposit is kept as a room hire fee.

The Green Room accommodates up to 100 standing guests (120 including the private terrace). Exclusive hire typically runs from 7pm to 2am on Saturdays.

You can book a venue DJ for £50 per hour to suit your genre requirements. Alternatively, you can bring your own DJ and use the venue's DJ equipment for free, or simply connect your playlist via the aux cord.

Corporate packages start at £2,420 + VAT total (£2,200 + VAT package plus £220 + VAT hire fee). This includes welcome beer/prosecco reception, £1,000 open bar tab, BBQ & grill or hot station menu, salads & sides, DJ for 4 hours, free cloakroom, dedicated event manager, security & service staff, and welcome host/hostess.

Birthday parties under 21 years old are not accepted. All guests must bring valid physical ID which will be scanned upon entry - this is a condition of entry with no exceptions. Guests arriving after 10:30pm will be charged on the door.

If bringing your own DJ, a £300 card authentication is required as security for equipment damage/loss/theft. Additional bar staff costs extra - for example, one additional bartender from 9pm to close (5 hours) requires separate payment. Venue DJs can be sourced for 3-hour periods at £150.

All pre-orders for food and drinks must be submitted and paid for by a specified deadline (typically 2 weeks before the event). Payment links are provided through the venue's booking system for deposits, additional services, and final payments.

The space features ceiling-to-floor French doors opening onto a private terrace, well-stocked private bar, DJ booth, photobooth, disco-ball ceiling installation, booth seating, festoon lighting, screen & projector, and overlooks Hoxton Square. The terrace extends the party space in warmer months.

To secure a booking, you need to provide email address, contact number, age of birthday celebrant (if applicable), and guest numbers. A payment link is then sent for the deposit. The venue requires specific event details before confirming availability.

You can bring your own cake and request a small table for it. The venue provides DJ equipment for external DJs but requires a £300 security deposit. All external arrangements must be coordinated through the events team during the booking process.
