Colours Hoxton

Colours Hoxton offers multiple spaces with different pricing structures. The Green Room requires a £400 deposit with a 50-guest minimum, where 50% of the deposit (£200) is refundable if your bar spend exceeds £2,500 on the night. The Discotheque requires a £350 deposit, with 50% refundable if you exceed a £2,500 bar spend. Event packages are also available, such as a £2,420 + VAT package (£2,200 + VAT package plus £220 + VAT hire fee) that includes welcome drinks, £1,000 open bar tab, BBQ menu, DJ for 4 hours, and dedicated staff.

The Green Room accommodates up to 100 standing guests (120 including the private terrace) and features ceiling-to-floor French doors opening onto a spacious private terrace, well-stocked bar, DJ booth, photobooth, and disco ball ceiling installation. The venue also offers The Discotheque space for private hire, though specific capacity details weren't provided for this room.

The Green Room exclusive hire typically runs from 7pm-2am on Saturdays. The venue's events team operates Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm for bookings and inquiries. Events can run until 2am, though guests arriving after 10:30pm will be charged on the door.

The venue offers multiple DJ options: you can book their resident DJ for £50 per hour, bring your own DJ and use their equipment for free (requires £300 card authentication as security deposit), or simply use their aux cord to play your own playlist. DJ equipment hire includes free use but requires the security deposit which is only charged in case of damage, loss, or theft.

Event packages include welcome beer/prosecco reception (1 per person), £1,000 open bar tab, choice of BBQ & Grill or Hot Station menu, salads and sides, free cloakroom, and dedicated event manager. Additional bar spend can be added if needed, and there are no additional mandatory costs beyond the quoted package price.

The venue does not accept birthday parties for guests under 21 years old. All guests must bring valid physical ID which will be scanned upon entry - this is a mandatory condition of entry with no exceptions. Digital IDs are not accepted.

Event packages include security and service staff, a dedicated event manager, and a welcome host/hostess. Additional bartender services can be arranged for £150 for a 5-hour period (9pm to close). All staff costs are included in the quoted package prices.

To secure a booking, you need to provide contact details, guest numbers, age of birthday celebrant, and event nature. Payment links are sent for deposits and additional services. Pre-orders for food and drinks must be submitted and paid for by specified deadlines (typically 2 weeks before the event). Card authentication is required for equipment hire as a security measure.
