Our live room is perfect for conferences and performances, featuring a built-in, raised stage, fully stocked bar, stage lighting and high quality PA system. The space can accommodate up to 100 seated theatre style. Will capabilities to include a screen & projector, microphones and mic stands, the space lends itself well to presentations, panel talks, awards ceremonies, training sessions & workshops, Christmas parties that would like to include some live entertainment, conferences, cabaret shows, the list goes on!

The Business space costs £2,420 + VAT total, which includes a £2,200 + VAT package plus £220 + VAT hire fee. The package includes welcome beer/prosecco reception (1 per person), £1,000 open bar tab, BBQ & grill or hot station menu, salads & sides, DJ for any 4-hour period (internal floors only), free cloakroom, dedicated event manager, security & service staff, and a welcome host/hostess.

The Business space can accommodate up to 100 people seated theatre style. It features a built-in raised stage, making it ideal for presentations, panel talks, conferences, and live entertainment events.

The space includes a screen & projector, microphones and mic stands, stage lighting, top quality sound system, and DJ booth with equipment. These facilities support presentations, conferences, live music performances, and other events requiring professional AV setup.

You can bring your own DJ and use the venue's DJ equipment for free, but require a £300 card authentication as security (only charged if equipment is damaged, lost or stolen). Alternatively, the venue can source a DJ for £150 for a 3-hour set, or £50 per hour for longer periods.

The standard package includes BBQ & grill or hot station menu with salads & sides, plus a £1,000 open bar tab. You can top up the bar tab if needed, and there are no additional mandatory costs beyond the base package price.

A £400 deposit is required to book the space with a minimum of 50 guests. 50% of the deposit (£200) is refundable after your event if your bar spend exceeds £2,500 on the night - if not, the full deposit is kept as a room hire fee.

The venue's working hours for bookings are 10am-6pm Monday-Friday. Events can run until late with the space available for evening parties, live music, and corporate events requiring extended hours.

The venue does not accept birthday parties under 21 years old. All guests must bring valid physical ID which will be scanned upon entry - this is a mandatory condition with no exceptions.

Additional bartender services can be arranged (payment required in advance), and all pre-orders for food and drinks must be submitted and paid for by specified deadlines. The venue provides dedicated event management throughout the booking process.

Any guests arriving after 10:30pm will be charged on the door. This policy applies to all private hire events to manage late arrivals effectively.
