All minimum spends must be reached through food, drinks, and mini golf purchases.

Christmas packages include food served buffet-style 20-30 minutes after arrival, drinks in ice buckets on tables, reserved area before golf, and one game of mini golf per person. The Platinum package costs £67 per person (VAT inc) and includes unlimited house drinks for 2 hours plus 9 food items per person. All guests must choose the same package unless dietary requirements differ.

Mini golf takes approximately 30 minutes per team of up to 6 people, with teams teeing off a few minutes apart on the same course. For 70 guests, expect around 1 hour 15 minutes total. For 150 guests, it takes roughly 2.5 hours for everyone to complete the game.

A 25% deposit based on the minimum spend is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 month before the event. A 12.5% optional service charge is added to all bills.

The venue opens at 12:00 PM. Evening events typically run from 18:00-23:00 or until midnight (00:00). Events cannot start before the venue opens, so morning bookings are not possible.

The venue asks whether you'd prefer venue-provided catering or bringing your own, suggesting both options may be available.
