How much does mini golf cost per person and how long does it take for groups?
Mini golf costs £13 per person and is included in most event packages. Games are played in teams of up to 6 people, with each team taking approximately 30 minutes to complete one round. For larger groups, teams tee off a few minutes apart on the same course - expect roughly 1 hour 15 minutes for 70 people or 2.5 hours for 150 people to complete the game.
What deposit and payment terms are required to secure a booking?
A 25% deposit based on the minimum spend is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 month before the event date. All payments are subject to a 12.5% optional service charge added to the final bill.
What Christmas packages are available and how do they work?
Christmas packages range from basic options to the Platinum package at £67 per person (VAT inc), which includes 1 game of mini golf, unlimited house drinks for 2 hours, and 9 food items per person. All guests must choose the same package unless they have allergies or dietary requirements. If the package total is less than the minimum spend, the remaining balance becomes a bar tab for additional food or drinks.
Can we bring our own catering or external vendors for events?
The venue requires all food and drinks to be purchased from their menu - external catering is not permitted. Food must be pre-ordered from their Bar Menu sections (shareables, pizza, and bottled drinks) and is coordinated with your designated Events Manager. Fully vegan, gluten-free, or nut-free packages are available if needed.

Semi-private areas can accommodate up to 150-220 guests depending on configuration. Full venue hire supports up to 250 people standing capacity, but events requiring special setups like quiz nights need exclusive hire regardless of group size. The Ruby and Emerald areas combined can handle large groups up to 220 guests.
How does food service work during events and what are the timing requirements?
Food is served buffet-style approximately 20-30 minutes after the arrival time. Drinks are served in ice buckets on tables upon arrival. All food must be pre-ordered from specific menu sections, and the same package must be chosen by all guests unless dietary restrictions require alternatives.
