Semi-private area bookings (18:00-23:00) require minimum spends ranging from £5,000 (VAT inc) for 70 guests on Wednesdays to £12,655 (VAT inc) for 150 guests. Full venue hire for larger groups requires £8,800 plus VAT minimum spend for evening events (18:00-00:00), while quiz nights or events requiring exclusive use need £24,750 plus VAT minimum spend. All minimum spends must be reached through food, drinks, and mini golf purchases.

The venue opens at 12:00 PM daily. Evening events typically run from 18:00 to 23:00 for semi-private bookings or until 00:00 (midnight) for full venue hire. Events cannot start before the venue opens at noon, and hard stops are enforced at the agreed finish times.

Mini golf costs £13 per person and is included in most event packages. Games are played in teams of up to 6 people, with each team taking approximately 30 minutes to complete one round. For larger groups, teams tee off a few minutes apart on the same course - expect roughly 1 hour 15 minutes for 70 people or 2.5 hours for 150 people to complete the game.

A 25% deposit based on the minimum spend is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 month before the event date. All payments are subject to a 12.5% optional service charge added to the final bill.

Christmas packages range from basic options to the Platinum package at £67 per person (VAT inc), which includes 1 game of mini golf, unlimited house drinks for 2 hours, and 9 food items per person. All guests must choose the same package unless they have allergies or dietary requirements. If the package total is less than the minimum spend, the remaining balance becomes a bar tab for additional food or drinks.

The venue requires all food and drinks to be purchased from their menu - external catering is not permitted. Food must be pre-ordered from their Bar Menu sections (shareables, pizza, and bottled drinks) and is coordinated with your designated Events Manager. Fully vegan, gluten-free, or nut-free packages are available if needed.

Semi-private areas can accommodate up to 150-220 guests depending on configuration. Full venue hire supports up to 250 people standing capacity, but events requiring special setups like quiz nights need exclusive hire regardless of group size. The Ruby and Emerald areas combined can handle large groups up to 220 guests.

Food is served buffet-style approximately 20-30 minutes after the arrival time. Drinks are served in ice buckets on tables upon arrival. All food must be pre-ordered from specific menu sections, and the same package must be chosen by all guests unless dietary restrictions require alternatives.

Wednesday bookings for 70 guests have lower minimum spends (£5,000 VAT inc) compared to Thursdays (£5,775 VAT inc). Wednesday bookings may include complimentary additions like a bubbly reception (one glass of Prosecco per person). The venue shows preference for Wednesday and Thursday bookings for corporate events.

The venue includes a screen, projector, and microphone for presentations. Background music facilities are available, though specific DJ services may need to be arranged separately. The venue's tech-infused mini golf system eliminates the need for scorekeeping materials as scoring is automated.
