The venue opens at 12:00 PM daily. Evening events typically run from 18:00 to 23:00 for semi-private bookings, or until 00:00 (midnight) for full venue hire. Events cannot start before the venue opens at noon, and hard stops are enforced at the agreed finish times.

For larger groups, it takes roughly 1 hour 15 minutes for 70 people or 2.5 hours for 150 people to complete, with teams teeing off a few minutes apart on the same course.

A 25% deposit based on the minimum spend is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 month before the event date. All payments are subject to these strict timelines and the venue will not hold dates without the deposit.

A 12.5% optional service charge is automatically added to all bills covering food, drinks, and mini golf. This charge appears on all quotes and final invoices, significantly increasing the total cost beyond the base minimum spend requirements.

Christmas packages range from Gold (£50 per person) to Platinum (£67 per person including VAT). All packages include 1 game of mini golf, food items (typically 9 per person), and drinks allowances (unlimited house drinks for 2 hours in Platinum). Additional drink hours cost £20-£40 per person, and all guests must choose the same package unless dietary requirements differ.

The venue requires all food and drinks to be purchased from their menu to meet minimum spend requirements. Food is served buffet-style 20-30 minutes after arrival time, and drinks are served in ice buckets on tables.
