Christmas - semi private area at Puttshack White City

Semi-private areas require minimum spends ranging from £5,000 (VAT inc) for 70 guests on Wednesdays to £12,655 (VAT inc) for 150 guests. Full venue hire for larger groups starts at £8,800 plus VAT for evening events (18:00-00:00), with quiz nights requiring £24,750 plus VAT minimum spend. All minimum spends must be met through food, drinks, and mini golf games.

The venue opens at 12:00 PM daily. Evening events typically run from 18:00 to 23:00 or 00:00 (midnight), with some flexibility for later finishes. Events cannot start before the venue opens at noon.

Mini golf costs £13 per person and is included in package pricing. Each team of up to 6 people takes approximately 30 minutes to complete their round, with teams teeing off a few minutes apart on the same course.

A 25% deposit based on the minimum spend is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 month before the event date.

Christmas packages range from Gold (£50 per person) to Platinum (£67 per person including VAT). All packages include one game of mini golf, food items, drinks, and reserved area access before your golf round. Food is served buffet-style 20-30 minutes after arrival, and drinks are served in ice buckets on tables upon arrival.

A 12.5% optional service charge is added to all bills. If your package total is lower than the minimum spend requirement, the remaining balance must be used as a bar tab for additional food or drinks on the day.

Semi-private areas accommodate up to 100-150 guests for standing receptions. Half venue hire supports up to 250 people standing capacity, while full venue hire can accommodate up to 750 guests. Quiz nights and events requiring specific setups may require full venue hire regardless of guest count.

All guests must choose the same package unless there are allergies or dietary requirements. Fully vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free packages are available when needed. The venue provides food from their shareables and pizza menu sections, which must be pre-ordered with your designated Events Manager.

Wednesday bookings for 70 guests have a £5,000 (VAT inc) minimum spend and include a complimentary bubbly reception (one glass of Prosecco per person). Thursday bookings for the same size group cost £5,775 (VAT inc) minimum spend without the complimentary reception.

A group of 70 people takes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes to complete mini golf, while 150 people takes around 2.5 hours. All teams play on the same course in smaller groups of up to 6 people, with each team teeing off a few minutes apart.
