The minimum spend varies by date and space - The Courtyard requires £500 minimum spend plus 12.5% service charge for up to 50 people, while The Lounge requires £400 minimum spend plus 12.5% service charge for up to 50 people. A 25% deposit of the minimum spend is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance paid through preorders and spending on the night. All deposits are non-refundable but redeemable against your final bill.

Two semi-private spaces are available for wedding receptions up to 50 people each. The Courtyard is a covered outdoor space with high tables, standing room, and heaters, open until 11pm with option to move inside until 2am. The Lounge features comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and standing room in a semi-private indoor setting.

Canapé trays with 6 options cost £24.50 per tray (serves approximately 4-5 people). Cocktail vouchers are £13 per voucher, allowing guests to choose from the cocktail menu. A 12.5% service charge applies to all food and beverage orders, and all preorders must be paid in advance.

Preorders must be finalized and paid 1 week before your event date. Cancellations require at least 4 weeks' notice, and changes require 48 hours' notice. If you cancel after the 4-week deadline or don't show up, the full deposit is retained. The venue holds your reserved area for a maximum of 30 minutes past your booking time.

You can play your own music via DJ, playlist, or live act in both spaces. The venue has resident DJs playing 70s, 80s, and 90s disco music from 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. For full venue hire, you have complete control over entertainment and can arrange your own DJ or live entertainment.

The Courtyard closes at 11pm but guests can move inside to continue until 2am. The Lounge operates until the venue's standard closing time. Events typically run from early evening (6pm) to late night, with flexibility for different timing preferences based on your wedding schedule.

The venue can accommodate dietary requirements including nut-free options (cross-contamination acceptable). Food can be labeled with flags or stickers to identify specific ingredients like seafood or pork. You must provide dietary requirements when placing preorders 1 week before your event.

Payments can be made online through secure booking links or by invoice if online payment fails. If paying by invoice, payment must be received by the specified deadline (typically within one week). You can also pay in person on arrival if online systems are not working. All preorders must be paid in advance of the event.

Both spaces include access to Chinese lanterns and antique décor creating an elegant 1950s Hong Kong atmosphere. The venue can provide guestlist management, and guests have access to cloakroom facilities. The spaces maintain the chic speakeasy-style bar atmosphere while providing semi-private areas for your celebration.

There are no refunds for guests who are asked to leave due to intoxication or antisocial behavior. The venue reserves the right to treat late arrivals (over 30 minutes) as no-shows with deposit forfeiture. All minimum spends must be met through actual consumption - there are no refunds for unmet minimums, unused vouchers, or unconsumed drinks.
