Full venue hire varies by date: £2,000 minimum spend for smaller events, £5,000-£7,000 for weekends, £16,000-£25,000 for December dates, and up to £25,000 for peak Christmas party season. All minimum spends include 12.5% service charge and can be met through preorders and spending on the night.

A 25% deposit of the minimum spend is required to confirm your booking, with Lucy Wong reserving the right to cancel if not received at least two weeks prior to the event. All preorders must be paid in advance, with preorder payments typically due one week before the event date. The remaining balance is settled on the night through actual spending.

The venue is open until 3am on Friday and Saturday, and until 2am other nights for full venue hire. However, the Courtyard (outdoor space) closes at 11pm regardless of the day. The venue holds your reserved area for a maximum of 30 minutes past your booking time - if you don't arrive or make contact within 30 minutes, it's treated as a no-show and your deposit is retained.

Cancellations require at least 4 weeks' notice to avoid losing your deposit, while changes to bookings need 48 hours' notice. All deposits and payments are non-refundable but can be redeemed against your final bill on the night. There are no refunds for unconsumed drinks, lower attendance than predicted, unused drink vouchers, unmet minimum spends, or guests removed for intoxication or antisocial behavior.

Canapé trays with 6 options cost £245 for 10 trays (serving approximately 50 people). Cocktail vouchers are £13 per voucher, with a 50-voucher package costing £650. The Lounge is a semi-private area with sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and standing room, also for up to 50 people.
