What deposit is required and when is payment due?
A 25% deposit of the minimum spend is required to confirm your booking, with Lucy Wong reserving the right to cancel if not received at least two weeks prior to the event. All preorders must be paid in advance, with preorder payments typically due one week before the event date. The remaining balance is settled on the night through actual spending.
What are the venue's operating hours and space restrictions?
The venue is open until 3am on Friday and Saturday, and until 2am other nights for full venue hire. However, the Courtyard (outdoor space) closes at 11pm regardless of the day. The venue holds your reserved area for a maximum of 30 minutes past your booking time - if you don't arrive or make contact within 30 minutes, it's treated as a no-show and your deposit is retained.
What cancellation and change policies apply?
Cancellations require at least 4 weeks' notice to avoid losing your deposit, while changes to bookings need 48 hours' notice. All deposits and payments are non-refundable but can be redeemed against your final bill on the night. There are no refunds for unconsumed drinks, lower attendance than predicted, unused drink vouchers, unmet minimum spends, or guests removed for intoxication or antisocial behavior.
How much do canapés and drink packages cost?
Canapé trays with 6 options cost £245 for 10 trays (serving approximately 50 people). Cocktail vouchers are £13 per voucher, with a 50-voucher package costing £650. All food and drink prices are subject to 12.5% service charge. Dietary requirements like nut-free options can be accommodated, and food can be labeled for specific dietary needs.

The Courtyard is a covered outdoor space with heaters, high tables, and standing room for up to 50 people. The Lounge is a semi-private area with sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and standing room, also for up to 50 people. Full venue hire accommodates up to 200 guests and includes both the Courtyard and all indoor spaces, with exclusive use of the entire venue.
What entertainment and additional services are included?
Full venue hire includes complimentary cloakroom service, guestlist management, and the ability to play your own music via DJ, playlist, or live act. Additional services available include DJ hire for £480 (6 hours), photobooth with printer for £500, and the venue can provide AV equipment for presentations. You have complete control over music and entertainment for exclusive hire events.
