Our Loft studio us located on the second floor and fits 10-12 students on yoga mats. This space is ideal for yoga classes, yoga workshops, sound baths and meditation. We run there very cosy woman's circles, as well as cacao ceremonies.

The Life Centre is the oldest yoga studio in London. Our original studio, a beautiful converted chapel located on a quiet side street a short walk from Notting Hill Gate. We have two light filled studios and two treatment rooms.
