The Loft Studio
Our Loft studio us located on the second floor and fits 10-12 students on yoga mats. This space is ideal for yoga classes, yoga workshops, sound baths and meditation. We run there very cosy woman's circles, as well as cacao ceremonies.
Treatment rooms
We have two light filled treatments rooms. Both fitted with the electrical osteopathy tables, as well as towels and sheets. The windows can be open for ventilation. we also have the strong air purifies that filter up to 95% of dust, viruses and bacteria. Treatment rooms are suitable for all alternative therapies like massage, rolfing, body work and energy healing. We can rent our treatment rooms for beauty treatments.

The Life Centre is the oldest yoga studio in London. Our original studio, a beautiful converted chapel located on a quiet side street a short walk from Notting Hill Gate. We have two light filled studios and two treatment rooms.
