Clays Canary Wharf can accommodate events from 15 people up to 300 guests for exclusive hire. The main bar space holds up to 200 guests standing, and there are options for semi-private shooting pegs within the main area for smaller groups. The venue features eight spacious shooting pegs, two bars, and two outdoor heated terraces with views across the docks.

Minimum spend varies significantly by date and time. For example, exclusive hire of the Main Bar & Terrace from 16:00-00:00 requires a £23,000 minimum spend (including VAT plus 12.5% service charge). Peak dates like Friday 21st November would have higher minimums than the venue's standard rates, with some quotes showing minimums from £6,000 to £45,000 depending on the day and duration.

Clays offers several experience packages: Bronze Experience at £56pp (90 minutes, semi-private peg, 3 drinks coins, set menu), Gold Package at £95pp (3 hours, unlimited premium drinks, set menu), and Premium packages up to £200pp (4+ hours, unlimited shooting and drinks, premium menu, entertainment). All prices include VAT and 12.5% discretionary service charge.

All packages include a shoot captain to introduce and explain the games, unlimited shooting with 6 different games to choose from, and access to the venue's virtual clay target shooting system. Experience duration varies from 90 minutes for Bronze packages up to 4+ hours for premium exclusive hire packages.

Food options include an Events Set Menu that caters to all dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, plus premium set menus for higher-tier packages. Drinks packages range from 3 drinks coins per person to unlimited premium drinks for 3-5 hours, including wine, prosecco, cider, bottled beers, spirits, mixers, and seasonal Clays cocktails and mocktails.

Many packages include complimentary DJ, security, and cloakroom services. Additional options include live entertainment, games master (normally £500), winners prizes for tournaments, company logo branding on screens (normally £300), and personal welcome messages on screen. Some packages also include welcome drinks per person.

The venue is not suitable for all event types - electronic music events and club nights requiring DJ booths and late-night licenses have been declined. Peak dates like November 21st (busy Christmas party season) have higher minimum spends and limited availability. Events typically run during standard venue hours with some flexibility for extended timing.

All pricing includes VAT and a 12.5% discretionary service charge is added to packages.
