The Champagne Bar English Wing requires £6,500 minimum spend. The Champagne Bar English Wing can accommodate up to 150 guests standing with occasional seating. For exclusive hire, the Brasserie can host up to 170 seated or 350 standing guests.

A 13% discretionary service charge applies to the total bill and does not contribute toward your minimum spend. Most bookings require 50% of the minimum spend as deposit plus a signed contract to proceed. The remainder must be paid at least 30 days before the event. For some Champagne Lounge bookings, a £500 deposit toward pre-orders is required, with the remaining minimum spend made up on the day through guest contributions.

Music is not allowed in semi-private spaces (Kitchen Bar and Champagne Lounge) as it would interfere with regular service in the rest of the venue. For exclusive hire of the entire Brasserie, music and entertainment are permitted. The venue works with external artists and suppliers for entertainment, which is charged separately.

Cloakroom service is not available for semi-private bookings but is included for exclusive hire events. Semi-private spaces include basic facilities like Wi-Fi access, but exclusive hire includes dedicated event planning, guest list check-in, full staffing, and security services.

Semi-private events typically run from 17:00-21:00 or 17:00-22:00. The Tasting Room operates from 09:30am-3pm for daytime events. Exclusive hire events can run later, typically until 23:30 or 01:00. Event timing may vary based on the specific space and day of the week.

The venue offers seasonally inspired menus using fresh British produce. Classic 3-course menus start from £50 per person, with upgrade options to Soirée or Deluxe menus available. For corporate events, packages start at £100 per person including space hire, plasma screen, Wi-Fi, and refreshments throughout the day.

The venue works with external entertainment suppliers for exclusive hire events, charged separately. For semi-private spaces, external music/entertainment is not permitted. Specific policies on decorations and other external suppliers are not detailed in the available information and would need to be confirmed directly with the venue.

The Champagne Bar English Wing is part of the longest Champagne Bar in Europe, located within St Pancras International Station with stunning views of historic architecture.
