For exclusive hire of the Brasserie, there's a £2,000-£2,500 hire fee plus minimum spends ranging from £10,000-£23,400 including VAT depending on guest count and day of week. Semi-private spaces like the Kitchen Bar require £1,500-£3,500 minimum spend with no hire fee, while the Champagne Lounge requires £1,250-£6,500 minimum spend. A 13% discretionary service charge applies to all bills but doesn't count toward minimum spend.

The exclusive Brasserie accommodates up to 170 seated or 350 standing guests. The Kitchen Bar (semi-private) holds 50 seated or 100 standing, while the Champagne Lounge accommodates 50 guests with mixed seating and standing. The Champagne Bar English Wing can host up to 150 guests standing with occasional seating.

Most bookings require 50% of the minimum spend plus 100% of any hire fee upfront with a signed contract. The remaining minimum spend balance is due at least 30 days before the event. Some smaller events may accept a £500 deposit toward pre-orders with the remainder made up on the day through guest contributions.

Semi-private spaces don't allow music as it would interfere with regular restaurant service. For exclusive hire, entertainment like DJs, bands, and live music are permitted but must be sourced externally and charged separately. The venue works with various external artists and suppliers and can assist with arrangements.

Exclusive hire includes dedicated event planner, guest list check-in, cloakroom service, full staffing, and security. Semi-private bookings may not include cloakroom access. All spaces include WiFi, and some packages include plasma screens, flipcharts, and branded stationery depending on the specific arrangement.

Events typically run from early evening (17:00-19:00) until 21:00-23:30 depending on the space and day. The Brasserie exclusive hire can extend until 01:00 for larger celebrations. Daytime events are also available, with some running from 09:30-15:00 or similar timeframes.

Menus are seasonally inspired using fresh British produce, with 3-course options starting from £50 per person. The venue offers Classic, Soirée, and Deluxe menu tiers, plus various drinks packages. Catering must meet the minimum spend requirements, and all dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.

Yes, a mandatory 13% discretionary service charge applies to the total bill. For the Champagne Lounge outdoor area, there's an additional £500 charge toward the minimum spend.
