The Court Room provides stunning setting for guests to arrive to and be welcomed with a refreshing glass of fizz or soft drink. Guests will then be called into the Luncheon Room for their private dining experience to continue. With capacity for a long table, U-Shape or Rounds depending on your numbers.

No, external catering is not permitted. Ironmongers' Hall has an exclusive relationship with their in-house catering partners, Company of Cooks, who handle all food and beverage service.

The standard package includes exclusive hire 6pm-11:30pm, 2 glasses prosecco on arrival, 3-course festive menu, ½ bottle house wine with meal, DJ and dance floor, manned cloakroom, entrance steward, and full event management.

Basic packages include PA system, 2m wide projector screen with back projection, lectern, and up to 3 handheld mics. An AV technician costs £480 + VAT for up to 8 hours. Additional equipment like staging (6m x 2m stage with 3m screen) starts from approximately £2,400 + VAT.

Daytime venue hire varies by timing and space. For example, Banqueting Hall and Drawing Room hire from 6pm-11pm costs £3,400 + VAT, with extensions from 1pm-6pm available for an additional £2,000 + VAT.

The venue is open weekdays and Saturdays only. Some time slots have limited availability, such as 8:30am-12:00pm for certain dates. The venue cannot accommodate events requiring the same space for both daytime conferences and evening dinners on the same day.
