The minimum spend varies by event size and type. For smaller groups (10-15 people), the minimum spend is £2,000 including VAT on food and beverages, excluding the 12.5% service charge. For larger events (25-30 people), the minimum spend increases to £5,000 on food and beverage excluding service charge, with room hire complimentary when this minimum is met.

The Private Dining Room accommodates up to 24 guests seated for dining or meetings, and up to 40 guests for standing receptions. Theatre-style seating can be arranged for up to 50 people when using both the Private Dining Area and adjacent Private Dining Room together.

Daily Delegate Rate packages start from £110 per person and include standard meeting room setup with natural daylight and garden views. The room features an in-built plasma screen, though specific inclusions for refreshments, lunch, and additional services would need to be confirmed based on your requirements.

Canapé options include 5 canapés at £35 per person or 10 canapés at £55 per person. Bowl food starts from £40 per person, sharing boards are £36 per person, and 3-course dinner menus start from £80 per person. House wine starts from £40 per bottle, house champagne from £99 per bottle, bottled beer £8, and soft drinks £6 per serving.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage bills. This service charge is excluded from minimum spend calculations, so you need to budget for it as an additional cost on top of your food and beverage total.

The room includes an in-built plasma screen as standard. For additional AV requirements like microphones and chairs for presentations, these are outsourced to external suppliers and quoted separately. The venue will provide specific pricing once requirements are confirmed.

Provisional bookings are typically held for a limited time period before being released if no confirmation is received. Based on correspondence patterns, spaces may be released within 1-2 weeks without client feedback, so prompt confirmation is essential to secure your preferred date.
