A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage bills. VAT at 20% applies to most items, and this is typically included in quoted prices unless otherwise specified.

Microphones and high chairs for speakers are outsourced to external suppliers, with pricing provided upon request. The venue can arrange theatre-style seating with AV setup, but specific equipment costs are quoted separately based on requirements.
