The minimum spend is £4,500 on food and beverage excluding the 12.5% service charge, with room hire included complimentary when this minimum is met. For smaller events, there's a £2,000 minimum spend including VAT on food and beverages, also excluding the 12.5% service charge.

The Private Dining Area can accommodate up to 50 guests in theatre-style seating. The venue also offers adjacent spaces, with the Private Dining Room available for reception-style events alongside the main dining area.

Canapés are priced at £35 per person for 5 pieces or £55 per person for 10 pieces. Bowl food starts from £40 per person, sharing boards are £36 per person, and 3-course dinner menus start from £80 per person. House wine starts from £40 per bottle, house champagne from £99 per bottle, bottled beer £8, and soft drinks £6 per serving.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage bills. VAT at 20% applies to most items, and this is typically included in quoted prices unless otherwise specified.

Microphones and high chairs for speakers are outsourced to external suppliers, with pricing provided upon request. The venue can arrange theatre-style seating with AV setup, but specific equipment costs are quoted separately based on requirements.

Provisional bookings are held temporarily but will be released if no confirmation or feedback is received. The venue follows up on enquiries and provides specific release dates when placing spaces on hold.

Room hire is complimentary when minimum spend requirements are met. The package includes full dinner setup, complimentary bread basket, tea and coffee service, petit fours, menu cards, and place cards for dining events.

Yes, the venue can arrange both standing reception and seated dining within the same booking. Theatre-style seating for presentations can be set up in the Private Dining Area, with reception space available in the adjacent Private Dining Room.
