The Frobisher rooms are ideal spaces for both smaller meetings and syndicate work, with 6 individual conference suites each seating up to 50 delegates in theatre style or 16 delegates in boardroom style. The suites are separated by removable sound proofed partitioning, allowing complete flexibility in combining these rooms to create larger flat floored spaces. When all partitioning are removed 2 large rooms accommodating up to 170 delegates in theatre style or 104 in classroom style each are created. There is a built in projector screen and a LCD projector to make giving presentations easy.

The Barbican Centre was developed in the Brutalist style of architecture, like the infamous National Theatre. It is a performing arts centre, the largest of its kind in Europe. The Barbican Centre was built after Barbican Estate which is a housing complex situated in an area that was bombed heavily in WWII. The centre holds theatre performances, film screenings, music concerts, and art exhibitions. As well as being a world class arts venue, the Barbican Centre also boasts one it's very own tropical Conservatory, which is one of the most unusual venues in London for weddings.

Frobisher Auditorium 2 is located on the Frobisher floor adjacent to 6 individual Frobisher rooms, a dedicated boardroom and our stunning catering areas. The auditorium has a dedicated technician and facilities for video and data projection.
Meeting Room 2 is a versatile venue that can be organised to hold a variety of meetings. Tables can be easily made to a boardroom, open square, cabaret or classroom layout with multiple power outlets available. Alternatively the room can hold up to 40 people in theatre style seating as well as for standing events. Video and conference calling are both available in this room as well as screen mirror technology via both clickshare and HDMI. Water and complimentary snacks are in the room upon arrival.
Fully self-contained or used along with the King George III room, the Queen Charlotte can be used on its own for meetings, drinks receptions or dinners for up to two hundred guests. The space has a barrel-vaulted ceiling and exposed brickwork. It also features a built-in bar that’s hidden behind a mirrored window when not in use, This space also makes a useful breakout area for larger events hosted in the King George III.
The building’s original Magistrates’ Courtroom will be re-imagined as a stunning formal space for private events. With two adjacent private dining rooms, a separate bar, and a dedicated entrance from the street using the original courtroom’s entrance. The Magistrates’ Court is an elegant and versatile space perfect for seated dinners, cocktail receptions, and functions both social and corporate.
Set in what was once the Great Eastern Hotel’s original ballroom, the magnificent Grade 2 listed 1901 Restaurant can be exclusively hired for 80 to 120 guests, providing an elegant setting in which to hold your wedding. 1901 Restaurant will treat you and your guests to an unforgettable experience of dining and dancing beneath one of London’s original stained glass domes.
