The Exhibition room (largest space) costs £1,800 + VAT for full day hire (08:30-17:00) with a minimum catering spend of £1,200 + VAT. Evening hire (18:00-22:45) costs £2,140 + VAT with a minimum catering spend of £1,600 + VAT. Extensions beyond standard hours cost £250 + VAT per hour.

The Exhibition room can accommodate up to 100 guests in theatre style, 60 guests in cabaret style, or 40 guests in boardroom style. The venue's maximum capacity across all spaces is 100 guests in theatre style configuration.

Standard time slots are: Full day (08:30-17:00), Half day morning (08:30-12:30), Half day afternoon (13:00-17:00), and Evening (18:00-22:45). Extensions beyond these times are available at £250 + VAT per hour.

No, external catering is not permitted. Food and drinks cannot be brought in due to the exclusivity contract with their caterers. All catering must be provided through The Goldsmiths' Centre's catering team.

Full use of AV equipment is included in room hire, featuring state-of-the-art user-friendly equipment with strong Wi-Fi throughout the building. The Exhibition room has a built-in PA system and floor-to-ceiling windows providing natural light.

Alcohol can be provided through their catering service with packages like unlimited wine, beer, soft drinks and a glass of fizz on arrival for £26 per person. Alternatively, you can bring your own bottles and pay a corkage fee of £50 + VAT per bottle.

The catering team can accommodate various dietary requirements including vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, nut allergies, halal options, and ketogenic diets. They provide alternative options for guests with specific dietary needs, though some items like meat skewers may not be available for certain requirements.

No, The Goldsmiths' Centre does not have any private outdoor space available for guests. All wedding activities must take place within the indoor venue spaces.

The booking process requires completing a booking form, signing a confirmation letter, and providing a purchase order number. A deposit invoice is issued before the event takes place, with invoices payable within 30 days unless the event occurs within 30 days of the invoice date.

Final event details including catering requirements, dietary needs, and guest numbers must be confirmed by 4pm the day before your event at the latest. This allows the catering team to prepare appropriately for your wedding.
