The Crown Suite is a versatile meeting and events space in central London, which can accommodate up to 100 delegates in theatre layout. The Crown Suite also has an in-built bar and a private terrace which overlooks the original Roman Wall.

Room hire for the Crown Suite ranges from £1,000-£1,800 per day including VAT, with discounted rates frequently offered. The base price includes projector and screen, flipchart with markers, pads and pens, Wi-Fi, signage, dedicated event planner, and event manager on the day. Maximum 8-hour hire period applies, typically 9am-5pm for meetings or 6pm-midnight for evening events.

The Crown Suite accommodates up to 120 people in theatre layout, 64 in cabaret style, or 60 for boardroom setup. For standing receptions, the space holds up to 120 people. The venue offers flexible seating arrangements to suit different event types from presentations to birthday celebrations.

Catering includes tea and coffee with biscuits at £4.95 per person, with pastries at £6.95, or three servings at £10.95-£14.95. Lunch options range from sandwich lunch at £18.95 to 2-course buffet at £33.95 per person (minimum 15 people). A 3-course banqueting menu is available at £79.00 per person for formal dinners.

Spaces are typically offered on 'Joint 1st option' basis, meaning multiple clients can hold the same space simultaneously. The first client to confirm gets exclusive use if the contract is returned within three working days. The venue will request decisions within specific timeframes, often 24-48 hours when competing interest exists.

Basic projector and screen are included in room hire. Additional AV costs include PA system at £350-£450, microphones at £66 each, lectern at £64, and AV technician at £648 for maximum 8 hours (mandatory when using 2+ microphones). External AV supplier fee is £750 per day if required.

Day Delegate Rates range from £62-£89 per person including VAT, with minimum numbers typically 25-90 delegates depending on the package. DDR includes room hire, arrival tea/coffee with pastries, mid-morning and afternoon refreshments, 2-course buffet lunch, basic AV, stationery, Wi-Fi, and dedicated event management.

Syndicate rooms Flin and Bowyer are available at £500 each (reduced from £900), accommodating up to 20 people in boardroom layout. The Gallery and Wakefield spaces can be used for catering and networking. Some events may access Leo's Bar for extended networking until 11pm.

Standard hire periods are 8 hours, typically 9am-5pm for daytime events or 6pm-midnight for evening functions. Setup access is usually from the event start time. Hourly supplements and overnight hold charges apply for extended periods. Music must be turned down at 10pm for evening events.

Minimum spends must be pre-paid by the client, with any shortfall allocated to room hire if not reached. Additional beverages are paid on the day. Specific payment terms and cancellation policies are detailed in the Terms and Conditions document provided with each proposal.

Hotel accommodation is available upon request and can be arranged on either a closed group basis (organizer books and guarantees payment) or allocation basis (guests book individually with deposit required from organizer, refunded after all guests check out and settle their accounts).
