Situated on the First floor of the centrally-located Leonardo Royal London City Hotel, the Auditorium is a generously-sized meeting and events space, impressively accommodating up to 450 delegates. The room can also be split into the Lion and Bell suites, for slightly smaller events of up to 180 delegates.

The Crown Suite costs £1,600 inc. VAT (reduced from £4,000) with theatre capacity for 120 people maximum. The Auditorium costs £17,000 inc. VAT per day (reduced from £20,000) accommodating up to 450 theatre style or 500 maximum capacity. Syndicate rooms like Flin and Bowyer are £500 inc. VAT each (reduced from £900) with 20 boardroom capacity maximum.

Day Delegate Rates start at £62 inc. VAT per person (reduced from £89) with a minimum of 90 delegates. The package includes main room hire, arrival tea/coffee with pastries, mid-morning tea/coffee with cookies, afternoon tea/coffee with cake, 2-course buffet lunch, projector and screen, flipchart with markers, pads/pens/paper, Wi-Fi, signage, and dedicated event planner and manager on the day.

Most spaces are offered on 'Joint 1st option' basis, meaning multiple clients can hold the same space simultaneously. The first client to confirm gets exclusive use if the contract is returned within three working days. The venue typically gives 24-48 hours notice before releasing held spaces to other interested parties.

Evening events in the Piazza require a £5,000 inc. VAT minimum spend on food and beverage with 50% required to be spent on food. The Auditorium has a £10,000 inc. VAT minimum spend for evening events. If minimum spend isn't reached, the shortfall is allocated towards room hire and must be pre-paid by the client.

Basic projector and screen are included in most room hires. Additional AV costs include: PA system £350-£450 inc. VAT, microphones £66 inc. VAT each, AV technician £648 inc. VAT for maximum 8 hours (mandatory if using 2+ microphones), stage £240 inc. VAT, lectern £64 inc. VAT, and external AV supplier fee £750 inc. VAT per day.

Tea and coffee with biscuits costs £4.95 per person per serving, with pastries/cake £6.95 per serving. Three servings cost £10.95-£14.95 per person. Buffet lunch is £33.95 per person (minimum 15 people). For receptions: canapés start at £24 per person (6 items), bowl food £45 per person, and 3-course banqueting menu £79 per person.

Standard hire periods are maximum 8 hours, typically 09:00-17:00 for day events or 18:00-midnight for evening events. Evening events in the Piazza must close at 22:00 with guests moving to Leo's Bar until 23:00. Loud music must be turned down at 10pm. Hourly supplements and overnight hold charges apply for extended hours.

Meeting spaces are subject to change and availability. The Crown Suite has maximum capacities of 120 theatre or 64 cabaret style. Syndicate rooms accommodate maximum 20 in boardroom layout. All rates are based on specific initial requirements, and the hotel reserves the right to review proposals if requirements change.

Accommodation is available upon request with two booking options: closed group basis where the event organiser books with a rooming list and guarantees payment, or allocation basis where guests book and pay individually. For allocation basis, full payment is required as guarantee and refunded after all guests check out, with unpaid amounts deducted accordingly.
