The first client to confirm gets exclusive use if the contract is returned within three working days. Evening events in the Piazza require a £5,000 inc. VAT minimum spend on food and beverage with 50% required to be spent on food. The Auditorium has a £10,000 inc. VAT minimum spend for evening events. If minimum spend isn't reached, the shortfall is allocated towards room hire and must be pre-paid by the client.
