Most spaces are offered on 'Joint 1st option' basis, meaning multiple clients can hold the same space simultaneously. The first client to confirm and return the contract within three working days gets exclusive use. Some bookings require decisions within specific timeframes, typically 24-48 hours when competing interest exists.
What are the standard event timings and any restrictions?
Standard hire periods are maximum 8 hours, typically 9am-5pm for daytime events or 6pm-midnight for evening events. The Piazza closes at 10pm with guests moving to Leo's Bar until 11pm. Loud music must be turned down at 10pm, and hourly supplements apply for extended hours.

Yes, syndicate rooms Flin and Bowyer are available at £500 inc. VAT each (reduced from £900), with maximum capacity of 20 people in boardroom layout. Additional breakout spaces like Beauchamp Suite, Lutyens Suite, and others are available with varying capacities and pricing.
What is included in the Day Delegate Rate packages?
DDR packages cost £62-£89 per person inc. VAT (minimum 90-250 people depending on room) and include: main room hire, arrival tea/coffee with pastries, mid-morning tea/coffee with cookies, afternoon tea/coffee with cake, 2-course buffet lunch, projector and screen, flipchart with markers, pads/pens, Wi-Fi, signage, and dedicated event planner and manager.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
Minimum spends must be pre-paid by the client, with any additional consumption paid on the day. Food revenue is posted to the main invoice by the hotel planning team, while beverage revenue is handled by operations.
