A versatile auditorium with stage, breakout spaces, and high-tech facilities in central Manchester.

Located on the second floor - the Auditorium benefits from lift access just outside of the room, natural daylight and air conditioning. There is a stage area to the front of the room and raised decking areas at the rear which are typically used as breakout spaces, exhibition spaces and cloakroom facilities. The high technical spec of this room means it is perfectly suited for exhibitions, product launches, training courses and large presentations.

Access to the space is over a private internal bridge, offering you a unique space for registration and catering.

Willow is our largest event space boasting capacity for up to 350 for dinner. Light and airy, offering natural daylight from floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river and Blackfriars Street.

Willow has 430m2 of space, air conditioning, blackout blinds, 3 phase power, and ability to partition into two separate rooms.

Situated on the mezzanine level offering easy access to our shared pre-function area, bar and additional event spaces

The Point offers a blank canvas to inspire creativity, and can host a wide range of events including conferences and meetings, AGM's, seminars, exhibitions, gala dinners, product launches, fashion shows, panel discussions, presentations and examinations. 

The Point is an elevated suite with seven-metre windows, allowing unrivalled panoramic views of our world famous cricket pitch. The room can be sub divided into 4 separate areas meaning we can cater from 100 to 1000 delegates. 

This large and versatile space is free from pillars, has built in projectors and screens and coloured LED lights

Venue hire prices and minimum spend details are available upon request, making them suitable for high-quality events. Typical start and end times for hiring the venues are 09:00 to 22:00.

Draped head to toe in industrialist aesthetic, The Cotton Sheds regularly host enthralling shows and conferences with as many as eight separate areas and room for up to 5,000 people. 

Shed A, our most famous space has been home to events produces by top brands: Nike, Heineken, Jeep, The Northern Powerhouse Partnership and BBC Radio Music festival. This vast area within The Cotton Sheds is perfect for launches, conferences, dinners, sporting events and music shows. Sheds B, C, D, E, F and G can be hired collectively as breakout rooms, separate catering areas or exhibition space.

As our largest space available for hire, this conference suite is highly adaptable and can be transformed into various layouts to suit the scale, theme and format of your desired event. The modern space also features four syndicate rooms, some featuring interactive smart TVs, that are perfect for intimate.

This is a spacious and airy room with floor to ceiling windows on one side offering spectacular views of the River Irwell and the Calatrava Bridge ( Ballroom 1 only). Both sides of the ballroom have a pull down screen and a ceiling mounted projector. The room has electronic blackout blinds. Also comes with its own Pre Function area just outside the room.
