Our recently developed basement space had been transformed into 'The Archives' and 'The Cellars', now providing four extra sections of creative and flexible space for both intimate or large scale events. The new venue space is ideal for conferences needing breakout areas.

Frequently asked questions

Private event spaces at Victoria Warehouse have a minimum of 80 guests. If you have fewer than 80 guests, you may be interested in their shared party option instead.

Yes, you must use Victoria Warehouse's in-house caterers for all events. External catering is not permitted, and you need to send over your brief for them to check suitability.

Victoria Warehouse offers Christmas party packages starting at £95+VAT per person for street food menu (minimum 90 guests) or £100+VAT per person for 3-course menu (minimum 90 guests). Packages include welcome drink, private room and décor, DJ, and meal of your choice.

The Basement includes Archives 2 as the main space and Cellars 2 for catering and additional breakout areas. Venue hire costs £5,500+VAT and includes AV inclusions with floorplans provided upon request.

The day catering package costs £38.50+VAT per person and includes 3 tea and coffee breaks plus lunch. This is suitable for conferences and day-long events.

The Cotton Sheds costs £10,000+VAT plus mandatory security fees. It can seat 1,000 in theatre style and includes staging, house lighting rig, and house audio in situ which can be made available to you.

Christmas decorations are present throughout Victoria Warehouse during the Christmas period. This should be considered when planning events during this time as the decorations cannot be removed.

Security is mandatory for ticketed events and must be factored into your budget as an additional cost to venue hire. Security quotes are provided based on your specific event requirements and must be arranged in advance.

Victoria Warehouse can accommodate a maximum of 1,000 guests in theatre-style seating. Events requiring more than 1,000 guests cannot be accommodated at the venue.

Cotton Sheds includes staging, house lighting rig, and house audio in situ which can be made available. All other production needs must be brought in separately, and there is an additional fee if you want to remove the house kit for your own design.
