With plenty of open space, natural light, and stage lighting, the Community Hall is ideal for filming and photo shoots, both amateur and professional. A PA system, projectors, tables, and chairs are also at your disposal. We have technical and creative professionals onsite to assist you, as needed. There is a kitchen onsite, as well as our Cafe, which can be found on the lower floor. The cafe is open until 4 pm, but hours be expanded at your request. Storage for belongings and equipment is available, as well. A very adaptable and versatile space that you can tailor to your own requirements.

The Lucky Pig combines classic cocktails with old-fashioned glamour to provide one of London's most enjoyable basement bars. It is available for hire for almost any event including parties, live music, corporate events, conferences and meetings, photography and film shoots, and much more. It can be hired during the day or on selected evenings. Boasting an experienced events team, The Lucky Pig has hosted events for a range of satisfied private and corporate clients.

Bring your board meeting, business seminar, or conference to the five-star Courthouse Hotel's Private Cinema for a unique, interesting, and successful experience in a luxurious setting. The cinema is equipped with top-of-the-line audio-visual equipment, including digital projection; a Dolby sound system; an FP115 stage unit; laptop, iPod, and stage connectivity, Martin Audio surround sound speakers, and microphones. The space is small enough to be intimate, but large enough to accommodate just under 100 people. The decor is rich, and includes large, comfortable leather seats.

This Room is an intimate, yet light and contemporary space with coloured, glazed windowed walls. It is centrally heated and is highly suitable for study, office space, interviews, one-to-one advice and small meetings.

The Backroom interior explores a vintage Anglo-American speak easy vibe ballroom which plays host to a red curtained stage, seating (if desired), chequer board flooring, full PA, lights, backline, plus a glitter ball. A laptop and projector screen are perfect for karaoke. Think Twin Peaks meets Beau Brummel and you’re almost there. This room is ideal for photo shoots and film shoots! There is also an outside terrace as well as a back garden suitable for the perfect social gathering!

Launceston Place, located in Kensington is an excellent venue for chic dining in south west London. With spaces to hold 10 to up to 60 guests, lots of natural light and the options of semi private and private dining spaces, Launceston Place is an excellent spot for a work lunch or dinner, meeting or presentation.

The Victorian Living Room is a lovely private room with full DJ set up and live PA available for exclusive hire from Monday to Thursday for parties of up to 150 people standing. It can also seat 60 people for dining and is flexible to accommodate away days and workshops, making it the perfect space both for personal and corporate events. Princess Alexandra Hall is complete with integrated audio-visual facilities, superb acoustics, and is fully air conditioned. Princess Alexandra Hall is ideal for conferences, concerts and presentations. Dining price is based on a seated 2 or 3 course meal only.

Food at 52's quirky, Bohemian-feeling lounge and kitchen is a fantastic space for photo shoots and filming. It's a unique space unlike an other and feels like home and is perfect for a wide range of photo and film shoots.

We can host production distribution in our busy 200 capacity pub we can see 1000+ on a busy Friday/Saturday and we have hosted recent pop-ups by Rizla, event promoters and alcohol brands.

We have a maximum capacity of 155 and a late license till 2:00am, full Yamaha PA music system and speakers, funky props, piano and furniture and atmospheric lighting. The perfect venue for events such as Weddings, birthday parties, Engagements party/Gender reveal parties/ Baby showers/ Children's Birthday parties/Conferences, Team Away days, Team Building. Our Studios back onto a rooftop and outside areas available for smokers and outdoor events. We offer catering and have a BBQ and Hog roast available in the summer, perfect venue for a summer party with our outside roof terrace.

The private dining rooms situated on level 38 of the iconic Gherkin building offer unforgettable views of the London skyline. Designed with flexibility in mind, whole floor bookings allow for large gatherings of up to 130 guests. Events at The Gherkin are lavishly catered for with bespoke breakfast, lunch and dinner menus that bring to life Searcys' passion for British produce and seasonality. Safehouse 2 is a derelicht victorian house with two large rooms and three smaller rooms, making it a flexible filming location. Downstairs all of the windows are bricked up, giving it an interesting and spooky feel, whilst upstairs benefits from abundant natural light. The house benefits from domestic electricity and access to WC next door.

Our state of the art MSE Meeting Rooms and Conference Rooms have been designed to meet the specific requirements of our customers. With its fully equipped venue and associated breakout and catering facility, our brand new space is ideal for meetings and trainings.
