The minimum charge for The Great Hall is £50,000 plus VAT. This covers the room hire only and does not include catering, AV, or additional services which are charged separately.

The Great Hall can accommodate up to 600 people for dinner or banqueting events, and up to 1,000 delegates for standing reception events. For seated events requiring specific layouts, capacity may be reduced depending on your setup requirements.

Carpet and draping of the space costs £12,500 plus VAT and is mandatory for most events. A setup fee of £4,000 plus VAT applies to Great Hall events, and if you require a bar service, there's an account bar setup and running fee of £800 plus VAT.

The dinner package is £140 plus VAT per person and includes carpet and drape for the full room, glass of sparkling wine on arrival, three-course dinner from the classic menu, half bottle of house wine per person, mineral water, cloakroom, and event security. This represents a complete dining experience with all essentials included.

Yes, events cannot be held when Chelsea FC has home fixtures scheduled. The venue will inform you if there are fixture conflicts with your proposed date, and you may need to consider alternative dates to avoid match days.

AV packages start from £9,100 plus VAT through their in-house production company Peachy Productions. They offer rental services from onsite stock and complete technical event management with trained technicians and project managers to handle all audio-visual requirements.

Based on the correspondence, the venue requires significant advance notice and will release spaces if updates aren't received by specified deadlines. For major events, booking well in advance is essential, particularly to avoid fixture date conflicts.
