Our building within a building, the Grand Hotel Bar takes it's inspiration from the 1920s glamour of the seaside hotels of Brighton and Eastbourne and is perfect for groups of up to 200 people when combined with our private rooms. An exclusive hire of the Terrace is the perfect fit for your event. Step into the halcyon days of the British Riviera, complete with an all-weather canopy and world class hospitality. The Terrace is situated in the Swingers sun-trap, a beautiful walled garden with a retractable roof. Covered in lush planting and comfortable banquette seating with easy access to the Fairground Bar. This area can accommodate a private hire of up to 120 guests.

The Fairground Bar is an art-deco delight, nestled in the surrounds of our opulent new bar, next to the all-weather terrace. It's the perfect spot for observing colleagues and guests on the crazy-golf course whilst offering some friendly encouragement. This gorgeous space can accommodate up to 32 guests in a mixture of seating and standing space. A hire of the Fairground Bar is based on a minimum spend allocated towards crazy golf, street food, drinks and service.

An exclusive hire of the Boathouse is the perfect setting for your event. The Boathouse is situated in our new space and teamed with your very own server and indulgent decor. The Boathouse is our gorgeous semi-private room next to the Meteorite golf course. With its crittall frontage and muralled walls, it's the ideal space for parties and group gatherings. The capacity for this space is 60 guests.

With a private entrance, 9-hole crazy golf course, fairground bar, all-weather roof terrace and plenty of beautiful seating areas this space is perfect for VIP event with a difference. Guests can roam the outdoor terrace space that leads onto the bar and enjoy a cocktail while tucking into dishes from some of London's most loved street food vendor, Patty&Bun.
