For an event filled with charm and elegance, Birmingham Botanical Gardens is the perfect conference venue. Three magnificent rooms are nestled within our 15 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, offering the ideal setting for lunches, dinners, conferences, award ceremonies and seasonal events. Our Terrace and Garden suites were refurbished in Summer 2014 and now boast in-built AV equipment, complimentary Wi-Fi and beautiful décor and lighting. Award winning caterers Ampersand are the in-house caterers for events at the Botanical Gardens.

Available for hire for exclusive use, set within it's own grounds. Suitable for up to 100 guests theatre style with many break-out / syndicate rooms. Highbury Hall is the ideal venue for conferences, training sessions, away days, meetings, board meetings and team building days. A unique venue with excellent service, quality catering, on-site parking. WiFi, laptop, projector, screen and PA system are available for hire. Day Delegate Rates also available.

Lodge room 2 is a versatile meeting room that can be combined with Lodge Rooms 1 and 3 to create a larger event or conference space or hired on its own for meetings, presentations and board discussions. The AUDITORIUM on level 4 is equipped with presentation facilities and high-speed Wi-Fi making this the ideal space to deliver large-scale events such as conferences, AGMs and screenings. This space is suitable for up to 350 delegates and comes equipped with a registration area. Our on-site technician will be on hand to ensure you make the very best impression.

The William Penn room is a large sized meeting space offering flexible layouts. Located in our fully accessible lower lobby where refreshments and lunch can be served.

Our main space is light and airy, flooded with natural daylight. Full of period features including vaulted ceilings and iconic arch windows, this space will conduct a positive and warm atmosphere, ensuring you have a stimulating and productive event with us. For larger conferences, the adjoining Reading Room is available either as a breakout space, buffet area or cloakroom to serve your needs. Our personable conference team are on hand from enquiry to event to ensure that your event is successful and memorable.

Ashtead One is third of our Ashtead Suite space. The room is flooded with natural light ad has an inbuilt screen and sound. We can accommodate up to 46 delegates in this space and it is great as a syndicate or medium sized meeting room.
