The Lodge Rooms are our most versatile event spaces, comprised of three inter-connecting rooms that can be used individually, as pairs, or altogether depending on your event requirements.

The rooms are perfect for multiple events including exhibitions, receptions, conferences, meetings and dinners and can hold up to 150 delegates for a reception.

All three lodge rooms have wi-fi, air conditioning, up-to-date AV and stunning period features.




Frequently asked questions

The Day Delegate Rate is £54.95 plus VAT (£65.94 including VAT) per person per day. This comprehensive package includes room hire, data projector, screen, flipchart, Wi-Fi, tea/coffee with pastries on arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon tea/coffee with biscuits, hot and cold finger buffet lunch, and iced water throughout the day.

The Business space can accommodate up to 150 delegates for receptions. For cabaret-style seating, the space has been quoted for events ranging from 50-100 people, with specific configurations available for smaller groups of 10-30 people in conference-style setups.

All rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi, data projector, screen, and flipchart as standard. Advanced AV systems are available with professional technical support, and the venue can accommodate presentation requirements including HDMI connections for laptops and PA systems with microphones.

Events typically run from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with setup access available from 8:00am. The venue office hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am-5pm for coordination purposes.
