Kempton Park Racecourse

The Exhibition Hall costs £1,788 + VAT per build-up day and £3,575 + VAT per event/open day. You must also budget for mandatory cleaning contribution of £425 + VAT, plus staffing costs including stewarding at £18.50 + VAT per hour (6-hour minimum), car park attendants at £18.50 + VAT per hour (6-hour minimum), and first aid at £185 + VAT per day (8-hour minimum). All staffing rates are subject to annual increases from April 1st each year.

The Exhibition Hall provides approximately 1,400m² of exhibition space on the ground floor of the grandstand. The space is multifunctional and can accommodate various layouts for trade shows, consumer shows, product launches, conferences, and corporate events. The large scale and open dimensions make it versatile and adaptable to different event requirements.

Required staffing includes stewarding, car park attendants, and event support at £18.50 + VAT per hour each (6-hour minimum). Security options include SIA Security at £26.80 + VAT per hour (6-hour minimum), SIA Licensed Supervisors at £28.30 + VAT per hour (6-hour minimum), and CCTV Operator at £31.50 + VAT per hour (6-hour minimum). All Bank and Public Holidays including New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day are charged at double time rates.

You must provide Public Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of £5 million. This is a mandatory requirement for all bookings and must be in place before your event can proceed.

The Exhibition Hall has purpose-built kitchen facilities and bars on-site, giving you flexibility with catering arrangements. Catering services are available with minimum spends that apply, though specific amounts are quoted on a case-by-case basis (POA). You can work with the venue's catering team or potentially bring in external caterers subject to approval.

AV equipment is available but pricing is quoted separately (POA). Furniture is also available on a price-on-application basis. Additional services like photocopying can be arranged, and any specific AV or furniture requirements can be quoted by your dedicated Kempton Park Event Manager.

The venue can get booked out well in advance, particularly for popular dates like weekends. The booking process involves working with a dedicated Event Manager who will provide detailed quotes for all additional services required. You'll need to confirm insurance requirements and any vendor approvals during the booking process.

Build-up days are charged at £1,788 + VAT per day, allowing time for exhibition setup, stand construction, and event preparation. Breakdown arrangements can be made following your event, with costs included in the build-up day rates.
