The Exhibition Hall at Kempton Park Racecourse is located on the ground floor of the Grandstand. The large scale and open dimensions make it a versatile and adaptable space. The room also benefits from purpose-built kitchen facilities and bars, allowing organisers more freedom on their catering requirements for visitors and delegates. It is an ideal space for a large banquet, Birthday Dinner, Christmas Dinner, Dinner Party or Ball. The Exhibition Hall is the perfect dining hall and is suited for any large scale Dining Event - Corporate Event or Private.

Build-up days cost £1,788 + VAT per day, and event/open days cost £3,575 + VAT per day. These rates apply to the 1,400m² Exhibition Hall space on the ground floor of the grandstand.

All staffing is charged at £18.50 + VAT per person per hour with a 6-hour minimum, including stewarding, car park attendants, event support, and cloakroom staff. SIA security costs £26.80 + VAT per hour (6-hour minimum), SIA supervisors cost £28.30 + VAT per hour, and CCTV operators cost £31.50 + VAT per hour. First aid is mandatory at £185 + VAT per day (8-hour minimum).

The venue cannot accommodate large seated dining events beyond their kitchen capacity limitations. For events requiring 500+ seated guests, the kitchen facilities are insufficient to service these numbers, as confirmed when declining a 700-guest event with 500 seated diners.

Yes, you must budget for a cleaning contribution of £425 + VAT, and public liability insurance with minimum £5 million cover is required. Catering has minimum spends that apply (price on application), and all staffing costs are subject to annual increases from April 1st each year.

All staffing is charged at double time on Bank and Public Holidays, including New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day. This applies to all mandatory staff including stewarding, security, event support, and other required personnel.

The venue has purpose-built kitchen facilities and bars within the Exhibition Hall.
