This bright and airy room was once the bedroom of the Dowager Duchess of Rutland. Adorned with large gold mirrors and stunning views over ROSL’s private garden and Green Park beyond this room is an ideal central London venue for small meetings and private dinner parties. The evening session is a Dining, room hire price which is based on a seated 2 or 3 course meal only.

Room hire varies by space: Princess Alexandra Hall costs £1,500-£2,500 plus VAT, Hall of India & Pakistan costs £1,300-£3,200 plus VAT, and Garden exclusive hire requires £11,500 plus VAT minimum spend. All spaces require minimum catering spends ranging from £1,500-£6,000 plus VAT depending on the room and event size. The venue does not offer dry hire - catering must be booked through their in-house team.

Princess Alexandra Hall accommodates 80 guests cabaret style, 100 on round tables, or 150 theatre style. Hall of India & Pakistan seats 80-120 on round tables or 150 standing reception style. The Garden holds up to 120 guests standing with exclusive hire requiring Director General approval.

Standard access varies by space: Hall of India & Pakistan typically offers 8:00-17:00 access, Princess Alexandra Hall provides 18:00-23:00 for evening events, and Garden access ranges from 12:00-16:00 or 18:00-22:00. Some flexibility exists but must be arranged in advance and may affect pricing.

Day Delegate packages start from £85-£143 plus VAT per person (minimum 80-100 guests) including room hire, arrival refreshments, lunch, and basic AV. Wedding packages start at £244 plus VAT per person (minimum 30 guests) including reception, three-course dinner, and room hire. Dinner packages range from £137-£140 plus VAT per person (minimum 60-70 guests).

A signed contract and deposit of 100% of room hire and minimum catering spend (or 100% of package price based on minimum numbers) is required within one week of confirmation. Written confirmation must include contact details for contracts and invoicing plus billing address.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge applies to all food and beverage on the net value (you can opt out by informing the team before final invoicing). Piano hire costs £200 plus VAT plus tuning, and entertainment like pianists start from £250-£300. All suppliers and entertainers require advance approval.

Princess Alexandra Hall includes integrated audio-visual system with screen, projector, sound system, stage, microphone, and lectern. Hall of India & Pakistan provides sound system, microphone, and lectern. Basic AV is included in most packages, but specialized equipment may incur additional costs.

Garden events permit only jazz, classical, or acoustic background music in keeping with the clubhouse environment. All entertainment and suppliers require advance approval by the events team. The venue is home to the Royal Over-Seas League members' club, so events must maintain appropriate standards and atmosphere.

External catering is not permitted due to very limited kitchen facilities available to outside caterers. All food and beverage must be provided through Six Park Place's in-house catering team, and minimum catering spends apply to all bookings.

The venue frequently offers alternative dates when requested dates are unavailable, typically suggesting dates within a few days of the original request. They maintain a waitlist system and will contact clients currently holding provisional bookings to request final decisions within 24 hours if a preferred date becomes available.
