The Studio sits on the fourth floor of the building and has been designed with maximum flexibility in mind. With AV facilities, high-speed WiFi and customisable seating arrangements, we can create the perfect layout for your corporate event.

The room works well hired on its own or as a combined hire with The Mix which can serve as a reception, catering or break out space.

The Studio accommodates up to 100 guests in tiered seating with space for an additional 50 chairs in front. It can be configured for theatre-style presentations, cabaret seating around tables, or combined layouts depending on your event needs.

The Studio costs £1,525 + VAT for a 5-hour evening hire (6:30pm-11:30pm). This includes one member of bar staff, but you'll need to add a technician at £125 + VAT for AV support, bringing the total to £1,650 + VAT for basic hire.

The Studio includes a large screen for projection, lighting rig, and sound system. Basic projection costs £75 + VAT, PA system with 4 microphones is £155 + VAT, and lighting is complimentary. A technician is mandatory at £125 + VAT for technical support.

Yes, The Studio works well combined with The Mix (located opposite on the same floor) for events requiring breakout spaces, catering areas, or networking. Combined hire of both spaces costs £2,720 + VAT for a 7-hour period including setup and de-rig.

Rich Mix has a 4-hour minimum hire requirement for all spaces. The building operates from 9am-9pm, so events must finish by 9pm unless special arrangements are made.

Rich Mix offers refreshment stations at £3.50 + VAT per person per service (includes Caravan coffee, teas, and infused water), and drinks tokens at £5 + VAT per person (covers beer, wine, or soft drinks). External caterers are permitted but incur a 10% corkage fee.

External decorations are allowed, and you can bring external caterers (with 10% corkage fee). However, Rich Mix doesn't allow discounts to be made through Hire Space platform, so direct booking is required for any negotiated rates.

A £400 refundable damage deposit is required for dry hire spaces like Streetside. For other spaces, deposit requirements aren't specified in standard quotes but would be confirmed during booking.
