The Studio costs £1,525 plus VAT for evening hire (6:30pm-11:30pm on weekends). It accommodates up to 100 guests in tiered seating with space for an additional 50 chairs in front, includes a large screen, staging capabilities, cabaret-style seating options, and lighting rig.

Streetside has a day rate of £600 plus VAT with a £400 refundable damage deposit. It's a non-exclusive dry hire space with stairs accessing escape rooms, no amplified music permitted due to noise restrictions, and operates within building hours of 9am-9pm.

A technician costs £125 plus VAT for a 5-hour hire period (e.g., 6:30pm-11:30pm). One event services staff member is included complimentary, but additional service staff cost £396 plus VAT for two staff members.

Refreshment stations cost £3.50 plus VAT per person per service (includes Caravan coffee, teas, and fruit-infused water). The building operates from 9am-9pm for most spaces. Events cannot run past 11:30pm, and the venue may have scheduling conflicts during festivals (like early June). Setup time needs to be factored into your hire period.

External decorations are permitted in most spaces. The venue works with external suppliers for dinner services as they don't have a usable kitchen. However, there's no mention of vendor approval processes or specific decoration restrictions.
