Dry hire packages start from £10,000.00 for the venue. For ticketed events, all tickets must be pre-purchased as ticket sales are not permitted on the night.

The Business space (Penthouse and Rooftop terrace) accommodates up to 80 people for networking and private events. Pricing varies based on guest numbers, with reduced rates available for smaller groups and specific minimum spend requirements applying.

Security is compulsory for all events at £29.40 per hour inclusive of VAT. For 1-200 guests, 2 guards are required with a minimum 4-hour booking, and payment must be made no later than 1 month prior to the event.

The venue operates with flexible timing options, with many events running from 18:00-01:00 for evening functions. All spaces must be vacated by the agreed end time or additional de-rig charges apply.

The venue offers various catering packages including unlimited drinks packages (1 hour £25.00, 2 hours £45.00, 3 hours £70.00 per person), with prosecco available for an additional £10.00 per person. For post-meeting drinks, there's a minimum spend requirement of £3,000-£5,000 inclusive of VAT with at least 50% spent on food.

The venue operates on a joint first option system where dates are held provisionally. Bookings require confirmation decisions within specified timeframes, and security payments must be made no later than 1 month prior to the event.

Basic AV equipment varies by package, with some including 3000 lumen LCD projector and screen. Additional AV requirements need to be quoted separately through the venue's AV supplier, with costs varying based on specific needs.
