The Oval Day Delegate Rate is £81.00-£97.20 per person plus VAT and includes room hire from 7am-5pm, arrival breakfast rolls and overnight oats with tea/coffee, mid-morning handmade biscuits with tea/coffee, hot finger food buffet lunch, mid-afternoon cake with tea/coffee, fruit and filtered water throughout the day, plus a screen and projector. Individual catering items range from £3.50+VAT for basic tea/coffee to £14.00+VAT for unlimited tea/coffee.

Room hire varies significantly by space: the 175 Suite costs £8,000+VAT per day, England Suite £7,500+VAT, Ashes Suite £6,495-£6,885+VAT, and smaller rooms like Pakistan Room £2,350-£2,500+VAT per day. The Corinthian Roof Terrace has a minimum requirement of 100 people and costs £5,000+VAT for evening hire.

Event holds are typically released after 2-3 weeks without confirmation, with some holds lasting up to a month. For events requiring signed contracts, you may need to confirm by specific deadlines - for example, events in June requiring contracts by late May. The venue actively follows up on holds and will release space if no response is received.

Site visits must be scheduled between 9:30am-11:30am and cannot be accommodated after midday. The venue requires advance scheduling and will not show rooms post-midday, so morning appointments are essential for viewing spaces.

Basic rooms include built-in screens, projectors, PA systems, and 2 handheld microphones. However, comprehensive AV packages cost extra: England Suite AV Package £3,495+VAT, 175 Suite AV Package £10,350+VAT per day, and Ashes Suite Conference Package £3,495+VAT. These are provided by in-house supplier Encore Global.

External suppliers are permitted for certain services - team building (emma@gotoevents.co.uk), gin masterclass (laura@aokevents.com), and cricket experiences (info@ballsportz.co.uk). However, during T20 fixtures and cricket matches, regular event space bookings are not available and you must book hospitality packages instead, starting at £149+VAT per person.

Events typically require 3-hour AV setup time, with some events needing full-day setup access from 7am-11pm. One example showed a 3-hour AV setup period from 10am-1pm before a 2pm event start. Setup day room hire costs the same as live event days for most spaces.

The venue hands over to your event coordinator only when the contracted amount is paid in full. For events requiring quick turnaround, contracts and payments may be needed within 2-4 weeks of the event date, depending on timing and availability.

The 175 Suite accommodates up to 700 delegates theatre style, while other spaces vary significantly. The venue can accommodate events from 70 people up to 2,000 people across multiple spaces, though larger events may require spreading attendees across several rooms rather than one single space.

During cricket fixtures, particularly T20 matches, regular event bookings are not available and you must book hospitality packages instead. DJs and entertainment must be located inside rooms rather than on terraces during matches, and there's a built-in PA system available for DJ use.
