The Day Delegate Rate is £79.00 + VAT per person per day (quoted as £94.80 including VAT in some instances). This includes meeting room hire, three servings of tea and coffee with snacks (Chef's choice Mini Danish Pastries, Home Made Cakes, Cookies), three course buffet lunch, complimentary stage and lectern if required, Event Planners Office, bottled still and sparkling filtered water, stationery (pads, pencils), and Wi-Fi in meeting rooms and public areas.

Exhibition space is available at £5,000 + VAT per day. The exhibition area can accommodate 10-15 exhibitors and can be combined with the main conference space. For larger events, the Victoria Suite can be combined with the Beatrice Suite to create one dedicated events and exhibition floor.

Three breakout rooms can be offered at £1,800 + VAT per day total. These rooms can accommodate varying capacities from 30 to 100 attendees depending on requirements. The breakout rooms are suitable for simultaneous sessions during larger conferences.

The Victoria Suite can accommodate up to 450 people for events. For conferences, it can handle 250-300 delegates in cabaret style, 500 people in lecture theatre format (or split across two spaces with live streaming), and up to 150 in theatre style with additional registration and networking areas.

The venue provides standard AV packages starting at £1,200 + VAT. Equipment includes PA systems, microphones (goose neck and radio mics), comfort monitors, projector screens, and stages with lecterns. For live streaming events, additional technical support including AV and Zoom technicians can be arranged at extra cost.

Beyond the standard DDR catering, the venue offers arrival breakfast, additional coffee breaks, buffet/bowl food for networking sessions, and drinks packages. Evening drinks receptions with unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks are available at £42 per person for two hours. Welcome drinks packages start at £24 per person for one hour.

Events typically run from 09:00-17:00 for conferences, with access available from 08:30. For evening events, access can be arranged from 16:00-17:00 depending on requirements. The venue can accommodate events running until 21:00 for networking sessions and dinner events.

Minimum numbers of 60 people apply for Day Delegate Rate bookings. The venue requires full event briefs including preferred dates, timings, layout requirements, catering needs, and AV specifications. Payment terms typically require 25% deposit when over 3 months from the event date.

The venue provides accessible facilities including step-free layouts, accessible toilets, and space for wheelchairs at dining tables with companions. For deaf events, the venue can accommodate loop systems, large screens, appropriate lighting, and quiet zones or sensory chill areas with early access arrangements for wheelchair users.

This includes cameras and equipment for Zoom Webinar streaming, with dedicated technical support including AV and Zoom technicians. The main plenary can be split across two spaces with one group watching the live stream if needed.
