The Day Delegate Rate is £79.00 + VAT per person per day (quoted as £94.80 including VAT in some instances). This includes meeting room hire, three servings of tea and coffee with snacks (Chef's choice Mini Danish Pastries, Home Made Cakes, Cookies), three course buffet lunch, complimentary stage and lectern if required, Event Planners Office, bottled still and sparkling filtered water, stationery (pads, pencils), and Wi-Fi in meeting rooms and public areas.

Equipment includes PA systems, microphones (goose neck and radio mics), comfort monitors, projector screens, and stages with lecterns.
