The new Annex showroom space at Kachette is a bright, day lit room with floor to ceiling windows across the showroom front and enough standing space for 100 guests. The showroom can be hired exclusively on its own or as part of a two or three room whole venue hire. Located at the busy intersection on Old Street and Shoreditch High Street, the Annex showroom boasts street front visibility in one of London's most vibrant and high food traffic areas. Its prominent position ensures maximum exposure for your event.

Annex First Floor

Capacity: Up to 100 Standing guests

Kachette's Annex First Floor is a self-contained day-lit studio space, with private street access, or internal access from the ground floor via an original, century-old train station staircase. The space is available to hire individually for small events and workshops, and has also frequently been used as overflow and back-of-house space for larger events that have hired one, or more, of the ground floor spaces. There are separate bathroom facilities along with a kitchenette and storage, perfect for crew welfare and event support space.
