Wedding venue hire starts at £6,000 + VAT + staffing costs. This includes exclusive access to the main venue, access to the iconic trains and rooftop for photography, gig-level stage with sound and lighting rig, and a dedicated event sales manager. Staffing costs are additional and vary based on event duration and guest numbers.

The venue can accommodate up to 220 guests seated in presentation style in front of the stage, with additional standing room for catering and drinks. For weddings, the space offers over 450 square metres of internal space with soaring ceilings and natural daylight, making it suitable for both ceremonies and receptions.

The venue typically doesn't have availability on Saturdays due to music events, but may accommodate weddings on weekdays including Fridays if timing allows before evening shows. Wedding bookings require flexibility with dates, and the venue operates a first and second option system for date holds.

The venue works with London's leading caterers including Cater London, Wolf & Lamb, Dinner Ladies, and KERB Events. Bowl food packages start at £30.80 + VAT per person for 6 bowls (5 hot/cold plus 1 sweet). External caterers are also welcome if you have someone in mind.

Unlimited drinks packages start at £10 + VAT per person per hour for house beer, wine, and soft drinks, with premium packages available at £22 + VAT per person for 2 hours. If you have drinks sponsors, corkage fees apply per person, or a 'bar buy-out' fee if supplying all drinks throughout the event.

The venue hire includes state-of-the-art PA and lighting facilities, plus staging, photobooth, and DJ equipment. Additional technical services include large screen/projector/video technician packages starting at £2,000 + VAT, with basic sound and lighting priced at £1,500 + VAT.

Event staffing and security costs start at approximately £4,000 + VAT and vary depending on hours of hire and number of attendees. This includes security staff, bartenders, sound/lighting technicians, duty manager, and cleaning staff as required for the event size and duration.
