What are the venue hire costs for Kachette's different spaces?

Venue hire ranges from £2,250-£6,750+VAT per day for single-day hire. The Annex costs £2,750+VAT (10am-midnight), while Arch 1 & 2 combined are at the higher end of the range. Long-term hires have different rates that require discussion with the venue team.

What are the capacity limits for each space at Kachette?

The Annex can accommodate up to 100 standing guests and is 1,500 sq ft with natural daylight. Arch 1 & 2 are larger railway arch spaces that can handle significantly more guests, with the venue mentioning events for 300+ people across multiple spaces.

What additional mandatory costs should I budget for beyond venue hire?

How does the booking and payment process work?

What's included with the venue hire?

Venue hire includes a duty venue manager, AC and power in all rooms, 100Mbps dedicated fiber internet service, PA system (in Annex), fixed bar structure, accessible bathroom facilities, cloakroom rails and hangers. The Annex has floor-to-ceiling windows and double door entry.

Can I use my own suppliers or must I use venue-preferred ones?

You can use your own suppliers, but external caterers and bar operators carry additional fees depending on service level required. Alternatively, you can work with their preferred suppliers list available at shoreditch.com/suppliers, with packaged options available.

What are the operating hours and timing restrictions?

The Annex is available from 10am-midnight as standard. Events can run until 1am-2am with arrangements. Setup typically begins from 8am-9am, with de-rig extending until 5pm the following day depending on event requirements.

Which space works best for different event types and guest numbers?

For 40-100 guests, the Annex is recommended as a bright, day-lit showroom space. For larger events (120-300+ guests), Arch 1 & 2 combined or whole venue hire across all 3 interconnected spaces is suggested. Fashion shows and product launches work well in the larger arch spaces.

What AV and technical capabilities are available?

The venue provides basic PA systems, with full AV packages available through preferred supplier KSS Audio. This includes screens, projectors, microphones, sound and lighting packages. The venue has 100Mbps dedicated fiber internet and 10GB/s fiber connectivity.

Are there any restrictions on event types or activities?
